2017 Scholarship Recipients


The Maine Brain Aneurysm Awareness Committee was proud to award scholarships to three students in the Neurosciences and Occupational Therapy programs of the University of New England in 2017.

Our congratulations to:

  • Kathryn Maiato – from Little Compton, RI is a third-year student with a major in Health, Wellness and Occupational Studies and a minor in Mental Health Rehab Technician Certification. (Kimberly Tudor Scholarship)
  • Carly Mary Emond – from Guilford, Vermont received her Bachelor’s Degree from UNE and is a second year Occupational Therapy graduate student. (Karolina Kurka Scholarship)
  • Stephanie Snow – from Dunbarton, New Hampshire is a third-year student on the Dean’s list in the Health, Wellness, and Occupation Studies. (Cheyanne Audet Scholarship)
